Assistant / Office Management (f/m) - Part Time

For our client, a international investment bank we are hiring:


1 Assistant / Office Manager (m/w) in part time - 20 hours / week


Languages: English / German - both at least at C1 - verbally and written



- calendar management and appointment management (Clients: parts of different governments / officials / CEO's)

- business correspondence in german and english (telefone, mail, personally)

- organisational tasks concerning meetings, events

- office Management (administrative tasks, CRM management)



- at least three years of experience with similar responsibilities or tasks

- excellent appearance and communication skills in german and english

- very good knowledge in using MS Office



- a temporary position in the one of the greatest investmentbanks (1 year - extension possible)

- a monthly salary of EUR 1.200,00 for 20 hours / week depending on your experience and/or qualifications

- support through randstad during your time working at our client
