For our newly established Vienna office we seek an ASSISTANT for trade/transport/logistics.
Your responsbilities:
- Organization of local and international transport (truck, rail, ship) in close cooperation with other business units, supporting agencies and transport companies
- Documentation of product flow and Invoicing of products
- Preparation of necessary documents for certification (GMP+,..)
- Well adapted communication with customers and suppliers
Your profile:
- Commercial/agricultural education
- You enjoy communication and trade
- Excellent organizational skills
- Interest for continuous development
- English & German fluent, Serbian, Croatian, Italian of advantage
