Job responsibilities

• Cooperation with administration & lawyers
• Management with Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") tools
• Contract reviews
• Obtaining authorizations and/or processing in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Data management and quality assurance
• Administration and support of contract management
• System audits, testing and maintenance to ensure efficiency and streamlining
• Interface management between the areas of procurement, sales and others
• Processing customer inquiries
• Main contact for qualifications and managers
• Cooperation partner for operations team in the USA
• Conduct training in company's CLM tool and company policies for contract review and approval
• Administrative tasks related to the CLM tool as per the requirements of the legal team in Asia, Europe and the US

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the business sector (HAK) or bachelor's degree, preferably a law degree
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in contract management/procurement/legal, preferably in a law firm, e.g. B. as a notary, industrial/government law department, dealing with lawyers, engineers and executives
• Work experience in a large, multinational and high-tech company would be an advantage
• Confident use of system tools and good knowledge in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Experience with the DocuSign, CLM system or comparable contract lifecycle management tools
• Experience in working with intercultural teams
• Flexibility (working in overlapping time zones)
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, German is an advantage

This position can be located in Villach or Salzburg and is subject to the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the metal technology industry in professional group E with a minimum gross salary of € 2,956.43. Higher compensation is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
