We are seeking an experienced Education Resourcing Associate to join the team and support the training experts.
Job type: Full-time (38,5 h per week)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Home Office: Yes
Your future role
- Support staffing for training experts and external rooms
- Support onboarding of training experts for delivery
- Manage and maintain internal systems ensuring data quality and compliance
- Align with stakeholders within internal SAP Learning Team
- Build and maintain relationship with the training experts (int. instructors, experts and ext. 3rd party trainers) and Delivery CoE
- Resource the training experts on standard SAP solutions matching best to the demand and skills
- Manage the training experts soft and hard booking and ensure the proper communication and cancellation policy handling
- Manage resource requests in Resource Request Management System (RRM) and ensure data quality in systems
- Support the training experts with latest training material and prep systems and feedback on quality results
Your profile
- Proven 2+ years of work experience in the business context
- Management of operational admin tasks, transactional tasks
- Basic project management experience
- Customer Service focus
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organization in person/virtually and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly
- Conscientious, diligent, eye for detail and ensure accuracy within E2E requirements
- Self-starter with strong intercultural experience and sensitivity to operate collaboratively and influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Tools experience: Microsoft Office
By Austrian law we are obliged to specify the minimum salary level by collective agreement, which is EURO 2.753,- gross per month (full-time employment). However, the actual salary will be adjusted according to your skills and qualifications.
