We are seeking an experienced Education Resourcing Associate to join the team and support the training experts.

Job type: Full-time (38,5 h per week)

Location: Vienna, Austria

Your future role

• Support staffing for training experts and external rooms
• Support onboarding of training experts for delivery
• Manage and maintain internal systems ensuring data quality and compliance
• Align with stakeholders within internal SAP Learning Team
• Build and maintain relationship with the training experts (int. instructors, experts and ext. 3rd party trainers) and Delivery CoE
• Resource the training experts on standard SAP solutions matching best to the demand and skills
• Manage the training experts soft and hard booking and ensure the proper communication and cancellation policy handling
• Manage resource requests in Resource Request Management System (RRM) and ensure data quality in systems
• Support the training experts with latest training material and prep systems and feedback on quality results

Your profile

• Proven 2+ years of work experience in the business context
• Management of operational admin tasks, transactional tasks
• Basic project management experience
• Customer Service focus
• Fluent in German and English
• Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organization in person/virtually and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly
• Conscientious, diligent, eye for detail and ensure accuracy within E2E requirements
• Self-starter with strong intercultural experience and sensitivity to operate collaboratively and influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Tools experience: Microsoft Office

By Austrian law we are obliged to specify the minimum salary level by collective agreement, which is EURO 2.753,- gross per month (full-time employment). However, the actual salary will be adjusted according to your skills and qualifications.
