FINANCIAL ANALYST (M/W)

For our leading customer in Jenbach we are looking for a

FINANCIAL ANALYST - COST OF QUALITY (M/W)

As Cost of Quality Finance Analyst, your mission will be to support financial analytics, closing activities and support initiatives for Cost of Quality (CoQ) across all product lines and services. You will own key process and support financial reporting and forecasting. The priorities of the role include providing analytics to financial trends, execute on key closing & reporting activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and digitize process and deliverables.
In particular you will:

  • Act as the key analyst to the Finance & Risk Leader of Cost of Quality
  • Own the overall financial closing cycles, analysis and reporting for Cost of Quality
  • Support COQ planning cycles (budget, forecasts) and reporting of key trends (pacing)
  • Partner with cross-functional business team to ensure closure of projects including value creation programs (VCP's) and continuous process improvements
  • Provide CoQ insights to Product line and Service operational reviews
  • Deliver on ad-hoc projects, requests and deliverables in line with business priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Progressive finance experience, preferable in a complex environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and managing multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English (verbal and in writing), German is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation & influencing skills, problem solver
  • Self-motivated, team player with high energy and positive attitude
  • PC proficiency with strong skills in Oracle/ SAP and Excel
